The FD30 double fire pocket door kit has all the benefits of an ECLISSE Pocket Door system with a specially designed jamb/architrave kit made from a high-density slow burning hardwood
Fully tested and approved by International Fire Consultants PAR/10057/01 Revision F
Certification covers use on the following 44mm FD30 door panels (not supplied) by Jeld-Wen: Arlington 6 Panel, Atherton 4 Panel, Bostonian 6 Panel, Linea Panel, Oakfield 4 Panel, Oregon 4 Panel and Paint Grade Premium
Certification covers use on the following 44mm FD30 door panels (not supplied) by XL Joinery: Palermo Essential, Palermo Original, Palermo Laminate, Palermo White Primed, Salerno, Salerno Laminate, Salerno White Primed, Ravenna, Ravenna Laminate, Forli, Forli Laminate, Salerno with clear glass, Palermo original 1 light with clear glass

Kit includes: 1x pocket door frame for double doors 686 x 1981mm, 1x fire rated jamb/architrave for double doors, 2x self closing mechanisms , 10x flexodice intumescent strips (15 x 2mm), 3x interdens intumescent (10 x 2mm) and 2x round fire rated flush handle sets in satin chrome
Frame is 70mm and requires two layers of 12.5mm fireboard (not supplied) either side to give a finished wall thickness of 120mm
Max door panel weight: Up to 100Kg before fitting the ECLISSE self-closing device for double pocket doors then the maximum door weight is 40kg
Before ordering, please refer to the File of Application report and speak to your building inspector to determine whether a self-closing mechanism is required for your application. One required per door, compatible and certified for use with the ECLISSE BIAS Soft-Close Anti-Slam
Runners are tested to 100,000 cycles, approximately 25 years on average use
To be installed at finished floor level
