Shipping & Returns

UK Mainland Standard

2–4 working days to most UK mainland postcodes. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

NI, Highlands & Offshore

3–5 working days via specialist carriers to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your courier tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Delivery Instructions

Add delivery instructions at checkout, such as a safe place preference or alternative delivery address. Once a parcel has been left in a specified safe place, liability for the goods passes to you.

How to Request a Return

• Log into your account and open My Orders
• Open the order and click the Return Items button
• Select quantities, pick a reason and submit — we reply by email with instructions

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it — our 30-day policy gives you extra time on top of this. You then have a further 14 days to send items back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, tell us in the request comments. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act apply and we will arrange collection or cover your return postage.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
