Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return an item to Perceptive Fittings Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and how refunds are handled. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. To cancel, contact us before the period ends. The goods must be returned within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

2. How to start a return

Email sales@pkfl.co.uk or call 0115 837 1140 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send goods back without a return authorisation from us.

3. Return condition

Items must be unused, with all original packaging, labels and fittings included, and in a resaleable condition. We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service when returning goods.

4. Return shipping costs

The cost of returning goods for a change-of-mind cancellation is your responsibility. Where the item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

5. Items that cannot be returned

The following are excluded from change-of-mind returns (unless faulty): custom-made, made-to-order and special-order items; goods altered to your specification; items with a hygiene seal that has been broken; and items cut to length.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days (your short-term right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of proof of postage where we haven't received them). We aim to process refunds promptly, but the refund may take a few working days to appear with your bank or card provider.
