A lever handle fitted to the escape side of the door retracts both the latch and deadbolt simultaneously - an important function and often a requirement of a fire officer
For use particularly on flat entrance doors eg. in nursing homes or retirement flats
Bolt through fixing
This lock comes supplied with a split spindle to operate which accommodates most lever furniture
30 and 60 minute fire rating
NOTE: Intumescent should be used to ensure adherence to fire regulations - search for: 'intumescent lock pack'
