Egress window friction hinge opens straight to the egress position and allows safe exit in the event of an emergency with an easy cleaning facility
Allows windows to open to 85° (12 inch) or 90° (16 inch) providing a clear egress in excess of 500mm on a 600mm wide vent for an emergency exit to comply with the British Standard
Patented easy clean self locating mechanism allows the window to slide across without the need to operate any awkward buttons allowing for easy operation
Manufactured from 430 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance
Suitable for timber, uPVC and aluminium applications
Standards: BS6375-2 and tested to Class 2 - 10,000 cycles
240 hours salt spray tested (BS EN1670:2006 Grade 4)
