An adjustable power size 2-4 medium duty cam action track arm fire door closer suitable for use in living accommodation and office corridors
Features a built-in adjustable backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
Suitable for use on interior doors up to 1100mm wide or 80kg max weight
Track arm door closers are ideal for areas where there is little incentive of care and possible misuse because there is no protruding arm when the door is closed
Cam action closers require a lower force to open the door, making them an ideal choice for where the Equality Act 2010 has to be considered
Meets Equality Act regulations (BS 8300)
Rapidly decreasing opening force and adjustable closing and latch speed for a perfect closing action
Suitable for fire and non fire door applications
Fire tested to EN1634-1 on timber doors to achieve a 2 hour fire rating
