Designed to secure a newel post into the ground or to connect newel posts together
Chemical resin should be used if securing the newel post into a concrete substrate or can be directly screwed into a wooden joist
Also suitable for use on demountable stair railing systems as it can fix the top newel to the base

6mm hex drive bit for tensioning - tensions in seconds when using a cordless drill
