1mm flexifire intumescent sashlock kit expands when exposed to heat helping seal gaps around sashlocks and maintain FD30 and FD60 fire door integrity
Designed for sashlock installations with 45 to 57mm backset helping protect the lock cavity within timber fire doors
Graphite based intumescent material expands rapidly under fire conditions helping create a protective barrier against heat transfer
Self adhesive backing for quick fitting allows the kit to be easily installed behind the lock case during door preparation
Flexible 1mm construction wraps neatly around the sashlock body ensuring consistent fire protection
Tested to EN1634-1:2014+A1:2018 and BS476 Part 22:1987 providing reassurance the kit meets recognised fire door testing standards
