Sash Window Simplex Kit - Chrome

Simplex kits provide the perfect solution when cleaning high or inaccessible sash windows
These kits do not interfere with the normal operation or appearance of the sash window
The slotted hinges are located onto the baton rod adjacent to the bottom sash. With the bottom sash lifted slightly, position 2 screws / studs onto the bottom sash just above the slot. When the sash is lowered the screws locate into the slotted hinges and become hinged
When the baton rod screw is removed, the internal bead can then be hinged back out of the way to release the lower sash which can then be swung into the room giving access to the glass from both sides
The cord clutch and grip both support the sash weight once the window is accessed Kit Contains :
