It's now possible to achieve a considerable fitting time saving when fitting self closing doors where you would traditionally fit hinges and a chain closer
The adjustable spring hinges featured here will close a door in a similar fashion to a chain type closer; sprung closing action without checking action
If a controlled closing action is required then you should fit standard hinges and an overhead closer as featured elsewhere on our website
The self closing spring tension can be disengaged by the removal of a small grub screw, allowing the door to swing freely, if it is no longer required to be a fire resisting door
