• Briton 3934 Electromagnetic Fire Door Closer - Power Size 3-4 -Silver
• A template adjustable power size 3-4 hold open or free swing electromagnetic door closer with a softline cover
• Ideal for use in high traffic areas on fire doors when linked to a fire alarm or smoke detection system such as corridors, schools, department stores, hospitals, nursing and convalescent homes
• Upon the sounding of the fire alarm or in the event of power failure, the electromagnet disengages and the door closer closes the door in the normal manner to maintain fire safety
• Features a built-in adjustable backcheck - Ideal for high traffic doors as it offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, preventing damage to doors
• Suitable for interior doors up to 1100mm wide / 80kg max weight
• Suitable for door mount pull/ transom mount push(size 3-4) figure 1/61 and parallel arm push side(size 3) figure 66 applications
• Free swing function - Ideal for areas used by the disabled or elderly, as it allows the door to operate without any resistance
• Opening range between 110° and 180° when installed on the pull side of the door/ transom mount push and max 170° on the parallel arm push side mount
• Ideal for busy corridors and preventing fire doors being illegally propped open
• Closing and latch speed adjustments for a perfect closing action
