• Fireco Dorgard Fire Door Holder - White
• The wireless fire door hold-open system that allows you to safely and legally keep fire doors open and automatically releases doors to be closed by a door closer when a fire alarm sounds
• After a fire alarm has been sounding for approximately 14 seconds and above a sound level of 65dB, the Dorgard will automatically release, allowing the fire door to close under the pressure of the overhead door closer
• Foot-operated manual release/adjustment operation for ease of use
• Automatic night-time release facility
• Low battery, automatic door release
• Integral power-on LED indicator
• Installation is quick and easy with a battery-operated wireless system and no hardwiring required
• Accepted for use by fire authorities & complies with current BS standards
• 60-minute fire rated
• Easy installation - can be installed in under five minutes
• For safety, replace the ferrule when it has become worn to avoid the door holder releasing unexpectedly. Ferrules are sold separately search for ‘spare ferrule’ on our website
